Central Florida Underground, Inc. was incorporated in the
State of Florida in 1967 and both Roy G. Ward, President
(CUC 033893) and his son Brad Ward, (CUC 1224249) are State
Certified Underground Utility Contractors’, the company is
F.D.O.T. approved, and bondable.
We are possibly the most diversified underground utility
company in the State. The scope of our experience includes
both new construction and the renovation of municipal
watermain projects; installation of electric, telephone and
conduit duct systems to 80 way 6” both encased and direct
buried; manhole systems for both primary power and
communications; lift stations, forcemains; watermains & box
culvert construction. We also install permanent and
temporary sheet piling on projects for other contractors. We
serve a full range of clients, including the private sector,
utility companies, and municipalities. C.F.U. is capable of
performing many phases of construction, including but not
limited to, horizontal earth boring; installation of 12” TO
108” diameter casing, utilization of boring machines with
tunneling attachments (BMTA’S) enabling us to accurately
install casings that are critical in maintaining proper
alignment and elevation; also utilizing conventional
steering systems to control the elevation for sanitary-storm
bores; watermain construction. Our employees are proud of

specifications, and restorations that are far above the
accepted standards of the industry.
